Facilities

Meadowcroft has three double, en-suite rooms, two have double beds with low level entry showers, the other bedroom has twin beds and wide doors for easy access and a level entry shower.

All rooms have a hair dryer and digital Freeview flatscreen televisions with integrated radios. Wireless internet access is also available.

There are 2 lounge areas with comfortable chairs - the Landing, an area outside your bedroom with views of the garden; or the Lounge with views over the Dee and Mersey Estuaries.

All meals are served in the Dining Room overlooking the Garden. A Three Course Dinner and/or Packed Lunch are available if required at an extra cost

Meadowcroft is set in 1.6 acres with ample room for off road parking, sitting areas and walks where you can admire the spectacular views, watch the wildlife or just relax.

Well behaved dogs are welcome and can make use of our specialized dog house.

Accessibility

Level entry, under cover is available from the ample car parking. Assistance dogs are welcome and there is a large enclosed garden for dogs to enjoy. Assistance with luggage is available.

The Dining Room is on the ground floor with no steps. Access to the guests lounge and bedrooms is via a staircase or wheelchair lift (max weight: 225kg, 35 stone). The lounge has a floor to ceiling glass viewing area.

All 3 bedrooms are on the same level as the guests lounge, one of which has wide fitting doors for wheelchair users. Light switches and sockets are at a sensible height. Televisions all have remote controls. Public areas have a good colour contrast, are wide and well lit.

The patio and covered seating area is reached via a standard door with a small lip or via a level entry.

Glan Clwyd, a General Hospital with a mobility shop, is 6 miles away. The main railway station is at Prestatyn, with taxis with a disabled facility, immediately outside the station.
